Youth Congress of Bangladeshi Americans, Inc. (YCBA) is a not-for-profit volunteer based organization working with the Bangladeshi-American community. The organization organize seminars, workshops, training and other youth development programs. The organization was founded in 2007.
Youth Congress of Bangladeshi Americans (YCBA) formed for the purposes of aiding low to median income immigrants residing in New York City, primarily those of Bangladeshi descent, and other members of the general public in the development of various critical skills and core competencies that will enable them to become more productive members of society and to increase community development by working to raise cultural understanding and acceptance within local neighborhoods.
The organization is also known as Shetu (সেতু).
