Sweden Awami League (Org.nr. 802498-8415) was created to gather support for the Bangladesh Awami League in Sweden. Sweden Awami League follows and spreads the ideology and philosophy of the Bangladesh Awami League primarily among the Bangladeshi community living in Sweden. The organization organizes discussion, protest, and other events in support of Bangladesh Awami League as well as celebrate the Birthday of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and Sheikh Hasina, Return of Bangabondhu to Bangladesh, Bangladesh Independence Day, Bangladesh Victory Day, etc. It also observes National Mourning Day, Genocide Day, and other events closely related to the party’s ideology.
