Purbo Poshchim is a Bangla online magazine portal of Bangladeshi community living in Canada. It is a publication of Deshi Television, Inc. and a part of Shuprioti Innovations, Inc. Started from 2016, the magazine is published monthly as a pdf document and upload for distribution. The media is published in Bangla language. Topics include mostly literature, culture, fashion, food, history etc. The objective of Purbo Poshchim is to build a genuine bridge between the East and the West by linking cultural heritage of two cultures. The aim is to expand the horizon of Bangladeshi community by constantly keeping in touch both Bangladesh and Canada. Purbo Poshchim (East-West) provides the opportunity for the next generation Bangladeshis, especially those who lived abroad, to grow together by reflecting Bangladeshi culture, literature, fine arts, paintings, music, poetry, etc.
