Manikgonj Society USA, Inc is a regional association of Bangladeshi community who came to the USA from Manikgonj district of Bangladesh. The organization not-for-profit and is based in New York City. People of Manikganj, Daulatpur, Ghior, Saturia, Srigair, Shibalays and Harirampur are included in the association. The prime aim of the organization is to work as a get together organization for the members to that they can keep in touch with each other. Manikgonj Society USA is run by a team elected every two years. The team consists of one president, one general secretary, three vice presidents, two assistant general secretary, one organizing secretary, one finance secretary, one education and cultural secretary, one sports secretary, one religious secretary, one publication secretary, one social welfare secretary, one office secretary, one recreation secretary, one law and international secretary, one magazine secretary, one disaster management secretary and eleven executive members. The society also has thirteen member advisory board.
Activities include annual picnic, iftar parties, cultural event, meeting, election etc.
Do not confuse this association with Manikganj Shomitee of North America, Inc.
