Established in 1996 the Jaflong Restaurant is in the heart of Bicester, specializing in authentic Indian and Bangladeshi cuisine. The secret of the masterly art of Bangladeshi cooking requires a thorough knowledge of the properties of each spice and its blend with other spices. So one can say that the characteristics of each curry or kebab relies entirely on the balance of herbs and spices that goes into our creations.
