Intel Bangladesh Association (IBA) is a Arizona-based Bangladeshi network group who works at the Intel Corporation. Based on common Bangladeshi cultural affinity the group’s principal aim is to undertake activities and build environment that can help in personal and career development among the Bangladeshi employees at Intel. Through recruiting, networking, mentoring, resource sharing and sponsored development events, Intel Bangladesh Association (IBA) aims to promote social and cultural bridge between Bangladeshi and communities in USA.
