Dhaka University Alumni Association of USA (DUAAUSA) is the alumni association for ex-students, and teachers of Dhaka University, Bangladesh. Founded in 1994, the association is a not-for-profit organization and based in New York City. The prime objectives of the Dhaka University Alumni Association of USA is to build a informal network among the ex-students of Dhaka University living in USA. Its mission is to promote intellectual, social, and cultural relations among its members, who are Dhaka University graduates currently residing in the United States. The association also foster communication between its Alma mater, Dhaka University and its alumnus living in the USA.
Dhaka University Alumni Association USA (DUAAUSA) has an open membership policy. Any former student of Dhaka University can join, but membership is subject to verification and restricted to those who meet the requirements of the DUAAUSA constitution. The membership fee is $20 for two years.
DUAAUSA participates in various Bangladeshi cultural, religious, and heritage events in New York. The association also organizes social activities, sponsored events, and work projects.
