Adhunika Foundation was created in March 2002, NY, USA initially as an internet-based network for the women of Bangladesh. As a portal which existed as an online resource for Bangladeshi woman, Adhunika was unique and visionary. The original goal of Adhunika was to learn, as an organization, and to help its members learn, by facilitating the exchange of information and knowledge among its members. As a purely online entity, Adhunika started online, as a website, and it acts as the gateway to the Foundation. Since its inception, Adhunika has evolved to develop a significant offline existence as well.
