Cox’s Bazar Association of North America, Inc. is a non-profit, non-political, voluntary organization of Bangladeshi community living in New York who came from Cox’s Bazar District of Bangladesh. The association was for founded in 2006. The mission of the association includes but not limited to foster cooperation, friendship, unity, and collaboration among inhabitants of Cox’s Bazar District, Bangladesh, Residing in North America.
Cox’s Bazar Association of North America organizes picnic, iftar, and other social and cultural events for its members. The committee members are elected by the members of the association every year.
At present the association has two opposing groups under the same organization name:
