Dhaka University Alumni Association Australia (DUAAA) is a social network for Dhaka University graduates of Bangladesh residing in Australia. The Alumni was established in January 2010.
The aim of the association is to:
promote friendship and interaction between the former students, teachers and employees of the Dhaka University residing in Australia,
foster friendly relationship with Bangladeshi community and other Australian communities to promote Bangladeshi culture and custom,
provide voluntary services to promote welfare to the Dhaka University Alumni and other communities in Australia,
participate in activities contributing to improvement of infrastructure and academic activities of the university,
institute prizes and scholarships to students – for merit and financial aid to the poor and deserving students of the Dhaka University,
promote activities to create awareness for the development of Bangladesh, and
communicate with the university and other Dhaka University alumni associations around the world.
